The online alarm clock works directly in your browser and allows you to set multiple alarms with different sounds, adjustable volume, and a snooze mode. It's practical, free, and respects your privacy: settings are saved only on your device (localStorage), with no registration required.
You can set exact times, name your alarms (e.g., "Take medicine"), and view the countdown until each alarm rings. When the time comes, choose between Stop or using Snooze for a few more minutes.
Tip: bookmark this page (Ctrl+D) to have a reliable alarm always at hand.
How to set an online alarm (step-by-step)
Choose the time: set the exact hour and minutes in the time selector.
Select the sound (optional): there are 46 sounds available. Use the preview button to listen beforehand.
Give it a name (optional): add a reminder, like "Meeting" or "Drink water." It will appear when the alarm rings.
Click "Set Alarm": keep the tab open (it can be in the background). The countdown will appear in the list.
When the time arrives, the alarm will loop until you Stop it or activate Snooze for a few minutes (configurable).
Application Features (Highlights)
Multiple alarms: create and manage several alarms in the same tab (limit is configurable).
46 sounds with preview and volume: test the sound before and adjust the volume with the slider.
Snooze Mode: postpone the alarm for a few minutes with one click; a progress bar shows the remaining time.
Countdown per alarm: see how much time is left, with a progress bar and visual highlight for upcoming times.
Notifications and vibration (when available): enable browser notifications and device vibration.
Light/dark theme and privacy mode: a consistent look with the site's theme and an option to temporarily hide the interface.
Privacy by default: all data remains locally in your browser.
Best Practices
Test the sound and volume: ensure the volume is adequate in the app and on your device's system.
Avoid sleep mode: keep the device on/active; sleep/hibernation will interrupt the alarm.
Enable notifications: grant browser permission to receive alerts even with the tab in the background (while keeping the tab open).
Name your alarms: use descriptive names to easily identify them when they ring.
Technical Limitations
Tab must be open: the page needs to remain open (it can be in the background).
No sleep mode: does not work if the device is off, in sleep, or hibernation mode.
Audio autoplay: some browsers require user interaction (a click/keystroke) before allowing audio to play. If the preview doesn't play, click on the page and try again.
